Dilemma #5

This week, my dilemma has become my motivation. I have lost my motivation to get in front of the students and teach. I finished my TWS and I am ready to grade papers and catch up on my other student teaching assignments. However, my mentor teacher will not let me. I am constantly working and teaching. My homework and stress level has become overwhelming. Especially when she sits on her computer and answers emails. I understand she has things to do as well, but I'm not the one getting paid to teach these kids. It's been driving me nuts, because half the time I don't know what she wants me to teach. So I just get up there and wing it and hope for the best. What do I do?
